We bought our home two years ago and the bay window in the living room had a huge crack in the front of it. All of the seals were broken and we knew we needed a new window. PHC offered us a good deal on the bay window with installation. The installation process was really fast. I think they were only here for 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and efficient about what they were doing. The only problem my husband and I had was that we ordered the window in early July and it wasn't installed until the middle of October. That would've been fine and dandy (the first ordered window was shipped broken and then the installer was out sick with the flu) if they would've just called us up and gave us updates so we didn't feel like we were in the dark. But we love our new window. My heating and cooling bill has already dropped and I'm not worried about keeping my house warm though the winter.

My family has used preferred home construction for many years and has done great work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend
